Reconnecting your Envoy

Steps for reconnecting your Envoy-S or Envoy-S Metered via Wi-Fi

Now that we've determined that your Envoy is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, let's reset your Internet connection to get your Envoy back online and reporting to Enlighten. 

 

First, locate your router

 

  1. Locate your home's internet router
  2. See if your router has a WPS symbol near one of its buttons, like in the images below:
Yes, my router has WPS >

If your router has the WPS symbol, move on to WPS Wi-Fi Setup.

No, my router does not have WPS >

If your router does not have the WPS symbol, move on to Manual Network Setup.
