How recent is the information I see in MyEnlighten?
The Envoy at your site uploads data to MyEnlighten approximately every 15 minutes. It may take longer if your system is very large, has communication issues, or uses a cellular modem connection.
MyEnlighten always displays the most recent data received from the Envoy. You can see when the Envoy last reported by looking at the Data Last Updated message on the status bar at the top of the screen.
