How can I update information about a system owner?
If you need to change information about a system owner (including name, phone number or email address), you can do so on the activation form if the system owner has not logged in, and if the system has been reporting to Enlighten for fewer than 6 months.
In the Owner section of the activation form, click the Edit Details link.
Update the information in the fields provided, then click Save at the bottom of the activation form.
Note: If the system owner has logged in, or if the system has been reporting for more than 6 months, this link is not available and the system owner will need to log into Enlighten and make the changes his or herself.
