How do I customize the welcome email that my customers receive?

Learn how to add your company information and customize the message your customer receives when they gain access to Enlighten.

Your company’s Enlighten Administrator can customize the welcome email that is sent to new customers with a personal message from your company.

To add a custom message to the welcome email:

  1. Select the Account tab.
  2. Click Company Information on the left panel.

  1. Scroll down to the Customer Welcome Email Message panel and click edit.

  1. Enter the message in the area provided. You may want to include a link to your website or provide company contact information. If you have uploaded a company logo, check the box to include the logo in the email next to your message.

  2. Click Save Changes.
  3. To view your message, as it will display in the email that your customers receive, click Preview Customer Welcome Email.
