How often does Enlighten update the production data?

Typically, Enlighten updates system performance data every 15 minutes. If your Enlighten page does not appear to be updating, verify that the Envoy is online and displaying +Web.

NOTE: With Mobile Connect, the Envoy uses low bandwidth reporting mode. Low bandwidth mode reports 15-minute interval readings and event data to Enlighten only four times a day rather than every 15 minutes as with other connection methods.
