Your company’s Enlighten Administrator can customize the welcome email that is sent to new customers with a personal message from your company.
To add a custom message to the welcome email:
- Select the Account tab.
- Click Company Information on the left panel.
- Scroll down to the Customer Welcome Email Message panel and click edit.
- Enter the message in the area provided. You may want to include a link to your website or provide company contact information. If you have uploaded a company logo, check the box to include the logo in the email next to your message.
- Click Save Changes.
- To view your message, as it will display in the email that your customers receive, click Preview Customer Welcome Email.
