Envoy LCD Display
- Is the Envoy unplugged? Confirm the Envoy power cable is plugged in.
- Is the Envoy plugged into an outlet controlled by a switch? Confirm the switch is turned on.
- If an Ethernet cable is plugged into the Envoy and the small lights on either side of the Ethernet port are lit, the Envoy is powered on. If no lights are lit, try relocating the Envoy to another outlet.
- If the Envoy is receiving power, unplug the power cord. Wait 10 seconds and plug it in again.
If after one to two minutes the Envoy LCD is still blank, you may need to the replace the Envoy.
