Encare - A simple solution for installers to manage customer services and subscriptions

We have some exciting news to share with our installer partners. We will soon be launching Encare - a service subscription portal.

Our goal is to enable simple, on-demand access to the services our customers want, at the click of a mouse.

The Encare portal enables homeowners and their installer to manage all their services and subscriptions in one location. With Encare customers can:

  • Use their Enlighten log in to access the portal
  • View details of all services available
  • Sign up and manage additional services with a monthly or a lifetime subscription

Encare is based on feedback collected from all of you. Customers are becoming more energy savvy and they want to get more from their installations. Different customers have different needs, some may want per panel monitoring with Enlighten Manager, while others may want to transfer the system’s ownership if their property is sold. Encare enables us to consolidate all of our service offerings in an easy to access portal.

We believe having a service portal like Encare will simplify your work as installers.

  • You will no longer be the intermediary for customer service purchases if you don't want to
  • A suite of robust services will help you win more customers based on being able to offer additional capabilities delivered through our services
  • Most importantly, it will help your customers get more out of their systems 

We will continue to launch additional services and updates in our on-going efforts to make the system easier and more efficient. Watch for these new capabilities launching soon on the Encare portal:

  • Sign up for premium monitoring with Enlighten Manager
  • Extend warranties for selected products in select geographies
  • Transfer system ownership to a new homeowner
