Request a return

Enphase uses advanced analytics to authorise 90% of all microinverter warranty claims in 60 seconds or less using Service-on-the-Go, so you never have to request a call-out again without an approved warranty claim. Once your claim has been approved, you can schedule your call-out around the confirmed delivery date for the replacement device or you can replace the device from your stock the next time you are on-site.

Install a replacement

Tired of calling Enphase Customer Support to retire a device and update your customer’s array? Using Service-on-the-Go, you can specify the RMA device, the replacement device, click Submit and you’re done! All the administrative steps are taken care of for you.

How to access Service-on-the-Go

You can access Service-on-the-Go through the Enphase Manager Portal on your computer or through the Enphase Installer app (link to ITK SOTG) on your mobile device.

  1. In the Enphase Installer Portal, from your dashboard, navigate to the site you are working on. Search for the site using the System Finder widget or open your “Systems” tab to find the site.

  2. Click the Settings tab  or directly on “Initiate Self-service Warranty Claim”

  3. In the Self Service panel, you will have the option of submitting the warranty request. Select “Request Return”

  4. Select the address that the replacement should be sent to, the device to submit and enter a comment.

  5. Click Submit.

  6. The system will confirm the request with a message.

  7. If it is not approved automatically, it will be sent to review and we will get back to you shortly.
