How do I update the Envoy software using Enlighten Manager?
Get the steps on how to perform Envoy software updates through Enlighten Manager
Use Enlighten Manager to check the Envoy software status. If an update is needed, you can update the Envoy software with Enlighten Manager.
To check the software status and update the Envoy, perform the following steps:
If the Envoy software is current, Enlighten displays: Your Envoy software is up to date.
If the Envoy needs a software update, Enlighten displays: A software update is available for your Envoy. Click the Update button to start the software update.
If the Envoy software is updating, then Enlighten displays: Your Envoy is being updated.
- Select the Devices tab.
- Under the Envoy Communication Gateways list, click the Envoy you wish to check.
- Scroll down to Tasks and view the Update Software status.
