Enlighten declares a Storage Inactive () system status if the state of charge of the AC Battery(ies) has not changed in 72 hours.
To start troubleshooting the system, go to the Devices tab. Click the status link of an individual AC Battery to see current issues for that device. From here, you can get more information and recommended action.
