You can resend access to a customer from the system activation form:

  1. Log in to Enphase Installer Platform.

  2. Go to the Systems tab

  3. Click the Activations tab on the right

  4. If the system you are looking for is not shown, click on show all activations.

  5. Find the system. Click the system name. The activation form is displayed.

  6. Under Owner, click Send system access to owner.

A new welcome email will be sent to the email address listed on the activation form with instructions for logging in to their system.

If the system has been reporting for fewer than six months, follow the previous steps and select “change owner”:

Enter the new owner’s information in the fields provided.

Click Save at the bottom of the activation form.

If the email address of the new owner is linked to an existing Enphase account, you will be prompted to confirm the association of the email address with the system.

After changing ownership to the new system owner, the previous system owner’s access to the system will be removed.
