Chief Executive Officer
Badri joined Enphase in April 2017 as a chief operating officer and in September 2017 was appointed president and CEO. He brings to Enphase more than 21 years of product development and general management experience in the semiconductor industry. Badri began his career with Cypress Semiconductor in 1995 and worked in process technology development and chip design before becoming vice president of the Asynchronous SRAM Business in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Badri was responsible for the Non-Volatile, Dual-Port, Timing and Automotive Businesses in Cypress’s Memory Products Division. He was promoted to executive vice president of Cypress’s Data Communications Division in 2011 and spent the next five years building the USB 3.0, USB-C and the Internet of Things businesses. Badri also served as the executive director of Cypress Semiconductor Technology India Private Limited from 2012 to 2016. Badri received his B.Tech degree from IIT Madras and M.S. degree in materials science from U.C. Berkeley. He also attended the Stanford Executive Program in 2008 and holds eight U.S. patents.
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Enphase in 2018 as chief accounting officer and corporate treasurer, Mandy served as senior director and group controller at Tesla, Inc., where she was responsible for a global order to cash revenue financial accounting, APAC and EMEA regional controllership and accounting and financial shared services setup for APAC and EMEA. Mandy also held various positions at SunPower Corporation, including senior director and division controller of the global distributed generation division, and concurrently as the chief accounting officer and corporate controller of 8point3 Energy Partners. Prior to that, she served in a variety of senior finance positions at Spansion Inc., including leading the firm’s SEC financial reporting, corporate treasury and corporate financial planning and analysis functions. Earlier in her career, Mandy was an internal auditor at SYNNEX Corporation and an auditor with Deloitte and Touche. Mandy received her bachelor’s degree in international business from National Taiwan University and her M.B.A. degree in finance and accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff brings to Enphase over 30 years of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and executive management experience in the semiconductor, disk drive and solar industries. He joined Enphase in January 2018 as vice president, customer support and quality, and in March 2019 was appointed chief operating officer. Prior to joining Enphase, Jeff was responsible for all operations and regulatory functions at Energous. Previously, he spent 21 years at Cypress Semiconductor, where his last position was senior vice president, worldwide operations, responsible for subcon manufacturing, FA, planning and logistics. Jeff also served in various management roles in the company’s supply chain, wafer fabs and engineering organizations. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as an operations manager at Heraeus, and an engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, Seagate Magnetics and Memorex. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from San Jose State University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave joined the Enphase leadership team in 2017 with responsibility for sales, marketing and service. Prior to Enphase, he was the president and CEO of GCL Solar Materials. Before GCL, Dave was the president of the Solar Materials group at SunEdison, which was acquired by GCL in early 2017. Dave also served as a senior vice president of sales and marketing for both the solar materials and semiconductor divisions at SunEdison. He joined SunEdison through its acquisition of Solaicx in July 2010, where he was the president and CEO. Prior to Solaicx, Dave was the president and CEO at Credence Systems, a public semiconductor capital equipment company. During his 20-year career at Credence, he held a variety of executive positions, including chief operating officer, executive vice president of sales and marketing and managing director of European operations. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and attended the Stanford Executive Program.
Co-founder, Chief Products Officer
Raghu co-founded Enphase Energy with Martin Fornage in 2006. He has more than 25 years of experience in the clean energy and high technology industries, and has been at the forefront of developing Enphase’s leading integrated energy system—with solar generation, storage, monitoring, and control. Prior to Enphase, Raghu developed high-speed optical communication technology for Cerent, which was later acquired by Cisco Systems. Before Cerent, Raghu was an engineer at the Indian Institute of Science, where he played a key role in the development of an alternative energy gasification system. Raghu has an MSEE from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
Co-founder, Technical Advisor
Martin co-founded Enphase Energy with Raghu Belur in 2006. At Enphase, he led the technology development of the world’s first microinverter system, focusing on the power train and its control. As Enphase’s chief technology officer from 2006 to 2019, Martin and his team developed the advanced technologies needed for the energy systems of the future. Prior to Enphase, Martin spent 20 years designing power supplies, fiber optics, wireline communications, and radio communications systems for telecom equipment suppliers. Martin received his “Ingénieur Diplômé d’État” degree from École Nationale Supérieure de l'Électronique et de ses Applications (ENSEA) in France. He holds 77 U.S. patents.
