Learn how to resend Enlighten access to a customer

You can resend access to a customer by from the system activation form:

  1. Log in to Enlighten.
  2. Go to the Systems tab.​
  3. Click the Activations tab on the right

  4. From the Stage drop-down menu, select All Activations.

  5. Find the system. Click the system name. The activation form displays.
  6. Under Owner, click Send system access to owner.

A new welcome email will be sent to the email address listed on the activation form with instructions to log into their system.
