Learn how to resend Enlighten access to a customer
You can resend access to a customer by from the system activation form:
- Log in to Enlighten.
- Go to the Systems tab.
- Click the Activations tab on the right
- From the Stage drop-down menu, select All Activations.
- Find the system. Click the system name. The activation form displays.
- Under Owner, click Send system access to owner.
A new welcome email will be sent to the email address listed on the activation form with instructions to log into their system.
