Enphase digital D2C program for participating partners

According to a recent Bridge to India report, the target market for home solar in India is estimated to grow to 52 million households by 2030. ¹ We, at Enphase, engage this growing cohort of homeowners via digital channels. Through the Enphase direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing program, our marketing teams gain new leads on digital channels such as Facebook and Google, and our sales representatives take the next step to qualify them.

Subsequently, we share these qualified leads with select Enphase Installer Network (EIN) partners, who willingly joined our direct-to-consumer marketing program. The partner calls qualified leads, visits the lead's home, and offers the best fit solution, followed by a quote and pre-order. And when it's time for installation, the partner completes it within an agreed time frame.

Our team grades these partners during every lead’s journey on the following criteria: the time to first contact, customer net promoter score (NPS), site visit, turnaround time, lead conversion ratio, and average revenue per watt. We award the 'Enphase Top Installer – Digital Business Partnership' trophy to the top performer as a token of appreciation.

In 2021, the Enphase direct-to-consumer marketing program was limited to Bengaluru. SolarSquare was awarded the trophy for their 3Q performance by Enphase India Vice President and Managing Director, Sunil Thamaran. The trophy reflects the installer's performance in nurturing leads and closing deals. In 3Q, SolarSquare secured the highest partner score of 64 for Bengaluru, an NPS of 75, and sealed 17 deals—the highest among partners.
