Contact your installer if you think you have a failed Enphase Microinverter or Envoy. If you need to find a local Enphase installer, you can search for one using the Enphase Installer Network.
 
Before scheduling an appointment with your installer, check the following:
Do not attempt to repair the Enphase Microinverter or Envoy. These devices contain no user-serviceable parts. If a device fails, the installer must contact Enphase customer service to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and start the replacement process. Tampering with or opening the Enphase Microinverter will void the warranty.
