How do I transfer ownership of an Enphase system?

If you have recently purchased a house or building with an Enphase system and would like to gain ownership of the system, please click this link to initiate the change of ownership process. You will be prompted to create an Enlighten account if you do not have one already. (When prompted to create your account, select Other in the New User Registration pane.)

Once logged in, you will have two options, Home owner transfer + Inspection Report (AUD 249) or Home owner transfer (AUD 199) only.

Home owner transfer will transfer the product warranty to you, as well as give you access to the system’s account in Enlighten, the software that monitors the production and health of the system. Whereas, the Inspection Report provides insights into the health of your installed solar energy system and identifies issues that may need attention.

To request Continuation of Coverage, please complete the transaction within 30 days of completing the change of ownership process.
