Get Started with Service Manager

Use Enphase Service Manager to submit support requests and warranty claims online

Enphase Service Manager is an online application that lets you submit support requests and warranty claims without ever having to pick up the phone.

You can access Service Manager at enphase.com/service by logging on with your Enlighten usernamd and password. Or, you can click on the Service Manager widget directly from the Enlighten Installer Dashboard:

Below is an overview of what you can do within Service Manager.


See all your Enlighten systems

Click on the systems menu item:

And you will be taken to a list of all your systems in Enlighten:

Search for systems and support requests

From the main dashboard, you use the search bar to look up systems or support requests:

Access recently submitted support requests

From the main dashboard, you can also see a list of recently submitted support requests. By clicking on the Case Number, you can see additional detail.

See all support requests for a specific system

You can view a list of all support requests for a specific system by clicking on the system name:

Then you'll be taken to a list of all support requests for that system:

View support request details and status

You can click into any individual support request to see more detail:

Create new support requests for a system

To create a new support request, first select the system the requets is for. On the system screen, you will see the New Support Request button:

Then you'll be taken to a screen where you can input the support request details:

Check on warranty claims and shipping information

From within the support request detail screen, you can see the warranty claim status as well as check on the shipping address and expected ship date:
